Alternative Marketing Strategies
There are many forms used
in the real estate industry. Your purchased or
the sell of your property can be the most high priced transactions you ever deal with.
I can not just give you these forms, and other agents just can't let you take them either. It's much better to have an agent / broker explain these forms to you. Do things right the first time.
There are about 11+ listing form used in selling your property right the first time, and about 62+ forms for buying real estate. They have copy rights and are protected under copy right laws.
I would like the opportunity to explain which forms would be suited for your real estate needs. Each form presented, are to protect the public, that is why we are licensed, to protect the public.
Should these forms be tossed about without the knowledge in using them, both buyer and seller could be at risk. There could be a got you clause or timing clauses that you may have agreed to and regret later. Click here
Like anyone else, you want to save money and keep as much equity as possible, I'm the one who can help!
One of the sound bites I here from For Sale By Owner's...
We want to sell our home ourselves, no agents or brokers, we want to save as much money as possible, A while later, "hey we spoke a while ago and we found a buyer. Now what do we do. Do we just agree to terms and go to the title company to close"
What people don't understand is this. Utah real estate agents are licensed, not for just sale numbers or just marketing. The number one reason we are licensed is to protect the public. Brokers like myself and agents who are under the supervision of a seasoned broker are trained in the use of these forms, to protect the public.

Its best to do things right the first time, wouldn't you agree.
One other thing to understand, There are no set or standard commission rates, if you are told that from a real estate agent, they are in voilation of Anti-Trust Law. Click here
If commissions are less then what some have been led to believe, will I be getting a less than average agent / broker? The answer is no, believe it or not, those charging higher commission rates also have higher debt costs. Office rent space, etc.
Need a better understanding of these forms?
